Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience leading or delivering employee development, engagement or organisational improvement initiatives.
Strong HR advisory experience and confidence supporting managers on a range of people matters.
A good understanding of learning, leadership development and employee experience principles.
Experience working with stakeholders to identify capability needs and implement practical solutions.
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
The ability to coach, support and constructively challenge managers.
Experience using people data and employee feedback to inform decision making.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A collaborative approach and a passion for creating positive colleague experiences.
Preferred Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
