The role combines HR expertise with hands-on people management, including hiring execution, HR policy and process development, talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, employee relations, and leadership coaching. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least six years of HR experience including three years in a senior HR role, and fluency in English.
