Cavista Holdings is hiring a People Manager to partner with executive and business leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, culture, change management, and people operations across the Group and its portfolio companies. The role includes workforce analysis, compensation and benefits support, portfolio-company visits, mergers and acquisitions integration, and representation in enterprise-wide initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8–10 years of progressive human resources experience including 4 years in a People Manager role, and experience supporting multiple business units or geographically dispersed teams.
