The Human Resources Manager will lead and develop the team, monitor strategic unit indicators, support fiscal and legal matters, manage access control and security, support cafeteria management, oversee HR operations including hiring, termination, training, paid leave, and benefits, and participate in internal audits and inventory control. The role requires a current degree in Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field, database-system skills, people-management experience, and travel availability; SAP and LG knowledge are differentiators.
