Description
Product Operations is hiring a People Manager to lead a team of Operations Program Managers responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) program execution across Amazon's Devices portfolio. The role manages hiring, onboarding, performance, career development, workload, and team culture; defines program-health metrics and reporting; allocates resources across 25–30+ concurrent NPI programs; partners with Finance, Quality/AME, Supply Chain, and Hardware Engineering; resolves cross-functional conflicts; and builds auditable, data-driven, scalable processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, people-management experience, cross-functional experience, and at least five years of project management experience.
