Description
Crusoe is hiring a People Operations Manager to own the people and operations layer of its Cloud Engineering organization. The role manages headcount planning and requisition operations, all-hands and organizational events, intern and early-career programs, manager enablement, onboarding, engagement, and operating rhythms. It also focuses on systems and automation across spreadsheets, Jira, Confluence, and other tools, and building repeatable playbooks. The position requires at least 8 years of relevant experience, including headcount or workforce planning, large-audience program delivery, spreadsheet and automation skills, and strong communication. Compensation is up to $165,000-$205,000 plus bonus, with restricted stock units and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
