Description
Google is hiring a People Operations Program Manager to design and execute virtual and in-person hiring events across EMEA, partner with recruiting and other internal stakeholders, track program impact and ROI, create recruiting assets, and manage event budgets and vendor relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, three years of program or project management experience, event or recruiting experience, fluent Hebrew and English communication, and international travel including to Israel. Preferred qualifications include talent attraction, employer branding, multi-stakeholder project management, budget and vendor management, EMEA tech talent knowledge, data-driven problem solving, and strong stakeholder communication. The role is based in Dublin, Ireland or Warsaw, Poland, with compensation of €84,000–€86,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits in Ireland, or zł232,000–zł237,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits in Poland.
