Nitex is hiring a full-time People Ops Executive in Dhaka to run the complete people lifecycle for its Bangladesh pod, including hiring logistics, onboarding, document services, BambooHR maintenance, leave requests, monthly payroll change sheets, and leaver processes. The role is entry-level and designed for an early-career generalist who can learn the operation quickly, work with urgency and accuracy, communicate in Bengali and English, and learn tools such as spreadsheets, Slack, and BambooHR. The position reports to the People Business Partner and includes stock-based ownership as performance grows.
