AbCellera is hiring a People Partner to build relationships with teams, coach managers and employees, support performance and compensation decisions, help deliver people initiatives, assist with recruiting, maintain people data in Bamboo, and provide feedback to People & Culture. The role requires meaningful experience working with people and teams, with 5+ years for an earlier-stage People Partner and 8–10+ years for a senior People Partner; an undergraduate biology degree is an asset. Compensation is CAD $80,000–$100,000 annually for the People Partner and CAD $97,600–$122,000 annually for the Senior People Partner, with equity, bonus, RRSP contribution, lifestyle allowance, vacation, professional development, and health benefits.
