Midnite is hiring an on-site People Partner in Gibraltar to own the employee experience across the full lifecycle, partner with managers and leaders, manage employee relations, improve people processes, support performance and development, use employee insights, and apply AI and automation to People practices. The role requires experience in People, HR business partnering, or senior HR generalist work, strong employee relations and employment law knowledge, and the ability to coach managers and build trusted relationships in a fast-growing business.
