The Stepstone Group is seeking a People Partner to join their Go-to-Market division in Ireland for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role involves independently supporting Sales and Service teams, providing expert guidance on people matters, driving organizational change, and contributing to a high-performance culture. The People Partner will collaborate with internal COEs like Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, and Talent & Development to ensure consistent delivery of the People strategy and enhance the employee experience.
