Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally as an HRBP or People Partner supporting multiple teams or functions.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to understand performance objectives that drive business outcomes, and to leverage data and analytics to support informed business decisions.
Experience partnering with leaders and demonstrating influence and accountability in support of the people agenda.
Ability to establish trust, fairness, and credibility with team members, managers, and cross-functional partners in a global environment.
Ability to work seamlessly with key partners across the People Team, including Recruiting, People Operations, and Total Rewards.
