Blue Bottle is hiring a People Manager for Japan to support employees across Head Office, Cafes, and Production facilities. Reporting to the Sr. People Manager, Japan, the role partners with business leaders, manages the employee lifecycle, leads talent acquisition and external hiring, oversees employee relations and investigations, supports health and safety and compliance, and leads global HR projects. The position requires at least five years of HR generalist or business partner experience, knowledge of Japan-specific labor and HSE practices, and fluency in English and Japanese.
