People Partner - Head Office Functions at River Island

The People Partner will partner with Brand Marketing, Customer, E-Commerce, Strategic Partnerships, Supply Chain, and IT to provide commercially focused people support. The role supports leaders through stakeholder relationships, leadership coaching, organisational change, talent and succession planning, employee relations, and data-led people interventions. It is based at River Island’s Head Office in West London and requires experience in people-focused roles, leadership coaching, people data analysis, and CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
