Fluidstack is hiring a People Partner to support its Manufacturing organization as it scales from a startup crew to a full production workforce. The role partners with managers on hiring, performance, and difficult conversations; owns employee relations investigations and resolutions; and builds onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding processes for hourly and salaried employees. The posting seeks an HR professional with manufacturing or industrial workforce experience, manager-coaching experience, end-to-end employee relations investigation experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and the ability to operate at high speed.
