Description
The People Partner, Sr Director will serve as a strategic HR executive for AGI, a defense-oriented business, partnering with executive leadership, shared services, security, legal, finance, and program teams to build workforce strategy, talent pipelines, employee experience, compliance, and AI-enabled HR modernization. The role supports cleared and sensitive workforces, government-contracting requirements, audits, and mission-critical program execution while operating within Proxy or FOCI governance constraints. It requires 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of HR strategy, employment law, workforce analytics, and change management.
