Description
Takealot is hiring a People Practitioner in Cape Town to partner with and support line managers and employees across HR functions, including performance management, recruitment, job evaluation, remuneration, induction, learning and development, employee wellness, organisational design, employee relations, and industrial relations. The role also supports HR strategy implementation, payroll submissions, onboarding, employee systems, reporting, projects, and general HR administration. It requires a degree in HR or a related field, 3–5 years of HR experience including at least two years in a generalist capacity, and proven experience in industrial relations involving the CCMA.
