Thunes is hiring a People Products & AI Automation Lead to own the configuration, evolution, and operational excellence of its global People technology ecosystem. The role manages HiBob and Greenhouse systems, builds automation and agent infrastructure, applies LLMs in HR workflows, develops employee-lifecycle metrics and dashboards, leads integrations and tool rollouts, acts as an internal product owner, and enforces data governance. It is a senior individual-contributor role based in either Barcelona or Singapore and requires at least five years of HR technology experience, including hands-on HiBob administration, low-code/no-code automation, REST API integrations, BI modeling, and practical AI application.
