Wave is hiring a People Operations Manager to own and scale its Cross-Departmental Rotation Program, Undergraduate Internship Program, and Short- and Long-Term Assignments across multiple African operating markets. The role manages end-to-end cohort and assignment operations, improves program design and policies, coordinates with People Partners and Employer Branding, and reports on outcomes. It requires 6+ years of experience in HR, project management, recruiting, or a similarly relevant role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and fluency in English and French; the role is based in one of Wave's operating markets.
