Wealth Enhancement Group is hiring a hybrid People Programs Specialist in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role coordinates and executes employee engagement and experience programs such as wellness, appreciation, service, charitable matching, and employee resource groups; supports employee volunteers and communities; develops communications; tracks budgets and participation metrics; gathers feedback; and recommends process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant coordination experience, strong project management and communication skills, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and AI literacy. The starting salary is $75,000–$85,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible full-time employees.
