Sprout Social is hiring a People Programs Strategist to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for global team members and act as an Employee Experience Activator. The role designs and delivers onboarding sessions, supports new hires, builds scalable playbooks and automation, manages Community Resource Group operations, and partners with People and business stakeholders on talent programs. The position is based in Sprout’s Chicago office and requires at least four years of experience in talent, learning, employee experience, culture, or a related field. The annual salary range is $88,000 to $110,000.
