Klipboard is seeking a People Operations professional to support employees, managers, and People Business Partners across defined regions. The role covers long-term absence cases, employee relations investigations and disputes, employment-law advice, HR policy development, performance-management coaching, engagement initiatives, global mobility and travel documentation, and coordination with Reward. Candidates should have a recognised HR qualification or equivalent experience, strong employee-relations expertise, regional labour-law knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong communication and coaching skills.
