Grab is hiring a Research Scientist, People Analytics to apply strategic consulting, applied research, and structured problem-solving to complex people and organisational challenges. The role builds AI systems and agents that automate People Science workflows, develops an organisational listening engine, conducts qualitative and quantitative organisational research, evaluates programmes and interventions, and advises People and business leaders. It requires at least five years of relevant experience, analytical programming skills, and experience with AI tools, and is a 5-day onsite position.
