Long View is hiring a People Services Advisor for its Integrated Global Services branch in Calgary or Toronto. The role provides daily human resources support to Canada and the United States, including employee relations, performance management, HR policy administration, compensation and promotions, HRIS and benefits administration, onboarding, vacation and sick-time management, employee experience initiatives, health and safety, visa and immigration support, and career life planning. Candidates need at least five years of progressive HR experience, significant employee relations expertise, knowledge of Canadian and United States employment legislation, strong communication and organizational skills, and education in human resources or a related discipline. The target salary is $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
