DP World is hiring an experienced People Services Coordinator based in Martin Place, Sydney. The role provides day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including employee and manager guidance, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment coordination, performance and disciplinary processes, employee relations, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Candidates need an HR or related qualification, at least three years of HR or similar experience, HR operations or shared services experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
