Description
The Learning Technology Lead owns the learning technology experience across LMS/LXP ecosystems, governs learning processes and data quality, manages stakeholders and vendors, supports system enhancements and testing, and leads learning operations and systems administration teams. The role requires more than six years of experience in HR services, learning and development operations, learning technology, or HR systems, along with expertise in LMS/LXP platforms, HR systems, service management, analytics, and cross-functional or multi-country workstreams.
