Description
The People Services Specialist supports human resources operations for assigned customer groups at Team Select Home Care. The role conducts new-hire and rehire onboarding and orientation, maintains HRIS and employee records, assists with background checks, benefits, payroll, performance reviews, compliance documentation, equipment coordination, and other HR programs while maintaining confidentiality. It requires an associate degree or one to two years of related experience or equivalent, computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of HR, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements. The position pays $18.00–$25.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
