Description
Anaplan is seeking a People Systems Program Manager to own and improve its People systems and Workday technology. The role manages cross-functional enhancement roadmaps, prioritizes requests, translates business needs into functional specifications, supports Workday configuration and releases, maintains data governance and compliance, trains users, and coordinates implementation and internal tools. It requires 5–7 years of Workday or related program management experience, deep Workday Core HCM expertise, and experience supporting North American or U.S. time-zone stakeholders.
