HelloFresh is hiring a People Technology Engineering Manager to lead the engineering discipline for employee technology, with a current focus on Workday integrations and connected enterprise systems. The role owns architecture, standards, delivery oversight, technical leadership, team development, capacity planning, and the adoption of Workday Orchestrate, Extend, Build, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. It requires 8–12+ years of relevant experience, deep Workday integration expertise, enterprise integration knowledge, and experience leading technical specialists. The position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with at least two office days per week and a Toronto pay range of CAD 116,130–126,130.
