HelloFresh is hiring an experienced People Technology Engineering Manager to lead the engineering discipline for employee technology, with a current focus on Workday integrations and connected enterprise systems. The role owns architecture, standards, delivery oversight, technical leadership, team development, capacity planning, and the adoption of Workday Orchestrate, Extend, Build, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and low-code development. The manager will also partner with People Technology leadership, Product Managers, Functional Leads, and business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and investment decisions. The position requires 8–12+ years of relevant experience, deep Workday integration expertise, and experience leading technical specialists; it offers a New York pay range of $136,710–$167,400 USD plus benefits.
