Description
HelloFresh is hiring an experienced People Technology Engineering Manager to lead the engineering discipline for employee technology, with a current focus on Workday integrations and connected enterprise systems. The role owns architecture, standards, delivery, technical debt, risks, and operational resilience; leads engineers through performance management and capability building; and partners with People Technology leadership, Product Managers, Functional Leads, and business stakeholders. The position also drives adoption of Workday Orchestrate, Extend, Build, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and low-code development, while requiring 8–12+ years of relevant experience, strong Workday and enterprise integration expertise, and fluency in English.
