Description
Everett Community College is hiring a Pep Band Associate Faculty member to lead its pep band, recruit and develop student musicians, foster an inclusive team and learning culture, and provide instruction and related faculty duties. The role includes curriculum and syllabus development, teaching and assessment, student mentoring and referrals, recordkeeping, office hours, required training, and maintaining professional standards. The assignment varies by quarter and course load, may be eligible for hybrid work, and requires two years of experience teaching and leading a pep band or equivalent experience.
