Applied ABC is hiring a per diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide ABA supervision and clinical support for children and families throughout Orange County, including Anaheim. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, supervising RBTs and BCaBAs, analyzing behavioral data, collaborating with families and schools, maintaining clinical documentation, and complying with BACB, payer, and HIPAA requirements. The position offers flexible scheduling, in-person or hybrid work, and support through staffing and case management. Candidates need a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, active BCBA certification, current 8-hour supervision certification, applicable state licensure, experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, and authorization to work in the United States.
