Aarris Healthcare is hiring per diem field registered nurses to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes throughout the greater Sacramento and Northern California area. Responsibilities include start-of-care, recertification, resumption-of-care, and discharge visits; patient assessments and care planning; medication management and education; vital-sign monitoring; care coordination; EMR documentation; and compliance with Medicare and home-health regulations. The role requires an active California RN license, current BLS certification, a valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently; home-health and OASIS experience are preferred. Flexible per diem scheduling and competitive pay are offered.
