Per Diem Physical Therapist at nuvance

Northwell Health is hiring a per diem Physical Therapist for Norwalk Hospital’s inpatient physical medicine department in Norwalk, Connecticut. The role provides acute-care physical therapy to patients from newborn through geriatric age, including examinations, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, interdisciplinary coordination, delegation and supervision, evidence-based care, and documentation. A Doctorate of Physical Therapy is required, with limited allowance for a qualifying bachelor's degree for pre-2015 graduates, along with Connecticut licensure or eligibility and current CPR certification. Experience with acute-care and medically complex patient populations is preferred.
