YCS is hiring a Residential Assistant for Davis House, an intermediate-term transitional group residence serving high-risk boys and girls ages 5–16 with behavioral challenges and mental health disorders. The role provides positive support, caring assistance, and responsible supervision while participating in a therapeutic treatment team, familiarizing residents with treatment goals, carrying out interventions, documenting progress, and identifying or suggesting therapeutic goals. Applicants need three years of direct-care experience with youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.
