Per Diem RN - Critical Care Float at UW Health

UW Health is hiring a per diem Critical Care Float Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care across multiple intensive care units and intermediate care units, including trauma, burn, neurosciences, and cardiovascular ICUs. The role requires at least 24 hours per six-week scheduling period, includes occasional travel to UW Health East Madison Hospital, and offers mentorship, orientation, quality improvement, and shared governance opportunities. A BSN is preferred, while six months of nursing experience or successful completion of the Nurse Residency Orientation is required; ICU experience at a Level 1 Trauma Center is highly preferred. Required credentials include Wisconsin RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and ACLS certification within six months.
