The position develops and deploys AI models, designs and fixes software features, evaluates model performance, researches emerging technologies, and iterates on solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field and two years of automotive software development experience, including production software, model deployment, robotics integration, algorithm testing, machine learning, Python, C++, PyTorch, GPU training, optimization, TensorRT/CUDA, CI/CD, and Git. The estimated base salary is $165,000–$197,698 USD, with possible bonus or equity compensation.
