Description
The Perennial Gardener will work outdoors in a wild-perennial nursery, caring for, propagating, and cultivating native perennials; maintaining beds and managing weeds without pesticides; supporting sowing, pricking out, potting, and sales preparation; and handling processing, picking, assembling, and shipping. The role is available full-time or part-time, offers flexible hours, vacation days, and advancement opportunities, and requires gardener training or comparable experience, outdoor physical work, reliability, and a positive team attitude.
