State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced performance analyst to support global performance measurement and risk functions. The role focuses on performance analysis and attribution, reconciling portfolio and benchmark performance, validating and resolving security-level discrepancies, and maintaining accurate data across performance, risk, and analytics tools. The analyst will work closely with operations, IT, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders, create and validate performance reports, troubleshoot quantitative and functional issues, and contribute to process improvements in a flexible, high-pressure environment.
