Performance & Capacity Engineering - Capacity Planning Optimization at Meta

Meta is hiring a Performance & Capacity Engineer for its Capacity Planning and Optimization Engineering team to own infrastructure capacity planning across servers, data centers, and networks. The role focuses on building software and mathematical optimization models, managing capacity exceptions, conducting demand and supply simulations, and partnering with engineering, operations, networking, product, and finance teams to optimize infrastructure at scale. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of performance, software engineering, optimization, or data science experience, extensive modeling and coding experience, distributed systems and infrastructure operations experience, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
