The role involves evaluating players, building balanced pairs, conducting coaching and feedback sessions, analyzing match footage, reviewing FIVB rules, and visiting tournament venues. Candidates need at least two years of practical volleyball or beach volleyball experience, strong knowledge of FIVB rules, video analysis and spreadsheet skills, and readiness for regular on-site work.
