Applied Intuition is hiring a Performance & Development Specialist to design, implement, and scale company-wide performance and development programs, including goal-setting, reviews, calibration, manager training, and compliance. The role partners with business leaders, People Business Partners, and other centers of excellence, owns L&D platform selection and reporting, and handles performance policy and labor and employment law compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of people operations, HR generalist, or people program management experience, with a strong focus on program design, stakeholder management, analytics, and scalable training models.
