Description
The Quality Improvement Specialist supports program staff with compliance, accreditation, quality improvement, incident and consumer safety monitoring, case record reviews, outcome measurement, corrective actions, and related reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a human services or related field, and one year of experience in quality improvement, program evaluation, or administration in a not-for-profit setting. The work is conducted in office and program environments and requires travel to facilities in Brooklyn and Queens.
