Teams Squared is hiring a remote Performance Coach to support consultants and internal team members in legal, operational, or consulting roles. The role provides structured coaching, performance plans, growth strategies, feedback, and accountability support while collaborating with Talent and HR teams. Candidates need at least three years of coaching experience, strong communication and emotional intelligence, and familiarity with performance management and remote-team dynamics; coaching certification and experience with Notion, Slack, and Airtable are preferred or advantageous.
