Description
Berman Health Club is hiring a Performance Coach in Naples, Florida, for full-time or part-time work. The role coaches active adults and athletes in golf, pickleball, strength, recovery, and personalized movement, while building relationships and supporting clients’ long-term health and performance. An Athletic Trainer certification is preferred, but CSCS, exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, or strength and conditioning backgrounds are encouraged; new graduates are welcome. Compensation is $60,000–$90,000+ plus bonuses, with benefits including continuing education, mentorship, flexible scheduling, paid time off, travel reimbursement, and access to recovery technologies.
