FidesOak® is seeking an Associate Coach to support leaders, supervisors, and operational teams in developing a consistent high-performing culture. The role involves observing work as done, coaching in the moment, providing feedback and challenge, supporting reflection and learning, identifying capability gaps, and helping translate behavioural change into everyday practice. The position is site-based and may be rotational or fixed-days, requires a recognised coaching qualification or significant professional coaching experience, and seeks a native Spanish speaker with strong operational, listening, observation, and coaching skills.
