Thesis is hiring a freelance, ongoing monthly-retainer Performance Creative Operations Manager to own the operational execution of its Performance Creative department. The role manages capacity planning, project assignment, production scheduling, resource allocation, cross-functional coordination, office operations, equipment and prop inventory, SOPs, workflow optimization, and process compliance. It is fully remote, pays $5,000–$6,000 USD monthly, and requires 4–6+ years of relevant creative operations, production, or project management experience.
