SRI is hiring a Performance Educator to deliver resilience, positive psychology, and performance-enhancement instruction to U.S. Army and Department of Defense personnel, their families, and Department of the Army civilians. The role includes group and individual coaching, workshops, performance-consulting support during training and field operations, program evaluation, VIP briefings, and tailored education for wounded warriors. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in sports psychology or kinesiology, have teaching or coaching experience, be a U.S. citizen, and meet the listed physical, communication, and travel requirements.
