Description
SRI is seeking a Performance Educator to deliver resilience, positive psychology, and performance-enhancement instruction to U.S. Army, Department of Defense, and Department of the Army personnel, their families, and civilians. The role includes coaching individuals and leaders, conducting workshops, advising on program operations, supporting assessments and research, briefing VIPs and leaders, and developing professional knowledge. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in sports psychology or kinesiology with a performance-psychology emphasis, have teaching or coaching experience, be able to travel, and be U.S. citizens.
